Seeking a New Commander for the One Studio Universe: Financial Manager

At the heart of our digital galaxy — One Studio — we are looking for a specialist to precisely manage our resources, budget, and cash flows. If you speak the language of numbers, know how to build financial strategies, and master the nuances of accounting, your seat on our ship is ready!

Your Mission:

• Financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management for the company;

• Preparing financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) and presenting them to management;

• Supervising accounting records, ensuring the accuracy of tax and official reports;

• Analyzing income and expenses, assessing and optimizing financial risks;

• Managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely settlements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting;

• Software Skills: Proficiency in 1C (version 8.3), MS Excel (advanced level: Pivot, VLOOKUP, complex formulas), and other financial/accounting software (LOGO, Micro-4, e-taxes.gov.az portal, etc.);

• Legislation & Accounting: Deep knowledge of the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, labor laws, and accounting standards;

• Language Skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (preferred);

• Analytical Thinking: Strong numerical skills, high responsibility, and attention to detail.

Work Conditions:

• Work format: On-site / Office-based;

• Schedule: 5-day workweek (Monday – Friday);

• Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;

• Salary: To be determined during the interview based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience;
