Our packaging design process

1. Discovery and brand alignment. Brand positioning, competitive shelf review, target consumer profile, regulatory requirements, manufacturing constraints.
2. Concept development. Two or three creative directions presented — each with mood-board, mockup and rationale. Client selects direction.
3. Structure and dieline. Working with manufacturer-provided or developed dielines. Material selection, structural variations, opening mechanism considerations.
4. Design execution. Full graphic design — typography, colour, illustration, photography, copy. Multi-SKU systems designed as a coherent family.
5. Compliance review. All required regulatory text, ingredients, warnings, barcodes, country of origin, batch codes verified for the markets you'll sell in.
6. Mockups and visualisation. Photorealistic 3D mockups for client approval. Physical prototypes printed on real materials for tactile review.
7. Prepress and printer files. Bleed, slug, colour profiles, separations, special inks, varnish layers. Print-ready files validated with the manufacturer.
8. Production support. On-press attendance for first runs of premium products, colour and quality verification.

Do you work with our manufacturer's dielines? Yes — most of our work uses customer or manufacturer-supplied dielines. If you don't have them, we engage the manufacturer to develop them.

What about regulatory and language requirements? We handle Azerbaijani-language requirements, EAEU compliance, EU CE marking labels, FDA labels for US export, and certifications like ISO and HACCP information. We work with regulatory consultants for specialised categories.

Will I see physical samples before mass production? Yes. Digital proofs, then printed proofs, then full press proofs before final approval.
