Catalog Design Services in Baku, Azerbaijan – Print and Digital Catalogues That Sell | ONE Studio

A well-designed product catalogue is one of the most powerful sales tools in B2B and B2C alike. Whether printed for trade fairs and showrooms or distributed digitally as a PDF, the right catalogue communicates quality, trust and product value at a glance. ONE Studio designs catalogues for clients across Azerbaijan and internationally — from compact 8-page brochures to 200+ page master catalogues. We handle concept, layout, photography, copywriting, prepress and print production end-to-end.

What types of catalogues do we design?

  • Product catalogues — for retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers. Item-level layouts with photos, SKUs, specs and pricing.
  • Trade-fair / showroom catalogues — premium presentation pieces designed for high-touch B2B sales environments.
  • Master catalogues — comprehensive 100–300+ page references covering full product lines with technical data sheets.
  • Seasonal catalogues — fashion, home goods, retail collections with strong art direction and lifestyle photography.
  • Service catalogues — for service businesses, agencies and consultancies — packaging your offering as a tangible product.
  • Real-estate brochures — apartment plans, project galleries, neighbourhood profiles for property developers.
  • Digital / interactive catalogues — PDF with live links, page-flip web catalogues, mobile-optimised browseable formats.
  • Co-branded distributor catalogues — your products in a partner's branded template, or vice versa.

Our catalogue design process

  1. Brief and discovery. Audience, distribution channel (print, digital, both), page count target, budget, deadline. Sample products and brand guidelines collected.
  2. Concept and art direction. Two creative directions presented — typography systems, grid logic, photography approach, colour palette, master spread layout.
  3. Photography (if needed). Studio or location product photography. Consistent lighting, white-background or styled lifestyle shots, 360° views, detail shots. We have an in-house photo studio.
  4. Copywriting. Product descriptions, technical copy, headlines, brand messaging — in Azerbaijani, English and Russian as needed.
  5. Layout production. Master pages, automated grids, item layouts, table of contents, index. Production-grade InDesign files structured for easy revision and reprint.
  6. Review and revisions. Two rounds included; client review by spread or section.
  7. Prepress and proofing. Colour profile management, bleeds, packaging files, digital proofs and physical proofs from selected printers.
  8. Print production. We manage print runs with vetted partners — offset for large runs, digital for short runs, hybrid for variable data. Quality control on press.
  9. Digital outputs. Print-ready PDF, web-optimised PDF, page-flip HTML version, social media adaptations.

Digital catalogues — beyond PDF

A modern catalogue is not just a print object. We deliver:

  • Interactive PDF — clickable table of contents, hyperlinks to product pages, embedded videos, mobile-friendly navigation.
  • Page-flip web catalogues — Flippingbook, Issuu or custom HTML5 — full digital reading experience with zoom, search and analytics.
  • Mobile-optimised digital catalogues — responsive HTML versions for browsing on phones.
  • Sales-rep apps — for B2B teams who present catalogues on tablets, with inventory sync and quote generation.

Common questions about catalogue design

Do you do product photography too? Yes. Our in-house photo studio handles white-background product shots, lifestyle photography on location and 360° views.

How long does a catalogue take to produce? 24–48 page catalogue: 4–8 weeks from brief to printed copies. Master catalogue (80+ pages): 8–16 weeks. Express timelines possible at premium.

Will I get the source InDesign files? Yes — full source files are delivered on completion, so future revisions can be made by any designer.

Can you produce in multiple languages? Yes. We frequently produce AZ + EN + RU versions; the page architecture is designed once with language flow handled cleanly.

What about catalogue updates each year? We offer master-template setups so future years are mostly content-update work rather than design from scratch — far more cost-effective.

Can you handle large print runs? Yes. We work with offset printers locally and can manage multi-thousand-copy runs. International printing also available for premium specifications.
