What design support includes

  • Social media graphics — Instagram posts, stories, Reels covers, LinkedIn carousels, Facebook ads, Twitter cards. Cohesive, on-brand and ready to publish.
  • Display ads and banners — Google Display, Meta ad creatives, programmatic banners in all required sizes (300×250, 728×90, 320×50, 970×250 etc.).
  • Presentations and sales decks — pitch decks, sales presentations, internal slides, conference talks. Polished templates that your team can also reuse.
  • Marketing collateral — brochures, flyers, leaflets, posters, catalogues, business cards, letterheads.
  • Packaging tweaks — minor SKU updates, label revisions, seasonal variants. We don't need to redesign every package from scratch.
  • Email design — newsletter templates, campaign emails, transactional email visuals, signatures.
  • Website graphics — banners, hero images, illustrations, icons, infographics, thumbnails.
  • Print preparation — print-ready files for offset, digital and large-format. We handle bleeds, profiles and proofing.

How design support works

  1. Brand onboarding. We document your visual system: logos, colours, typography, photography style, voice. If you have a brand guide, we adopt it. If you don't, we create one as part of onboarding.
  2. Request channel. You submit design requests via your preferred channel — email, Slack, ClickUp, Trello, Notion. Each request gets a ticket with priority, due date and reference materials.
  3. Designer assigned. Each retainer client gets a primary designer who knows your brand. Larger packages add specialists (motion designer, illustrator, packaging specialist).
  4. Turnaround. Standard requests delivered within 2–3 business days. Express requests within 24 hours. Multi-deliverable projects (e.g. a campaign with 12 assets) are scheduled with milestones.
  5. Revisions. Two rounds of revision per deliverable included; further rounds use retainer hours or are quoted separately.
  6. Monthly summary. What was produced, hours used, recommended priorities for next month.

Design support packages

Three retainer tiers based on monthly volume:

  • Lite — small businesses with occasional needs. ~10–15 hours/month. Roughly 5–8 social posts plus a few minor revisions.
  • Standard — businesses with regular campaigns. ~25–40 hours/month. Includes a monthly social pack, ads, presentation updates and miscellaneous design.
  • Pro — high-output marketing teams. ~60+ hours/month with dedicated lead designer. Includes campaigns, brand work, motion and illustration.

Custom retainers are available for unusual mixes — e.g. heavy packaging work, video-only retainers, illustration-heavy needs.

Common questions about design support

Do we have to commit to a long contract? No — we work month-to-month. Most clients stay for years, but you can pause or cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

What software do you work in? Standard professional stack: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. We deliver source files at any time on request.

Will the same designer work on all our projects? Your primary designer leads. For specialised work or peak load, additional team members support. The primary designer ensures continuity of style.

Can you handle urgent same-day requests? Express requests delivered within 24 hours; true emergencies within 4–6 hours. Response time depends on retainer tier.

What if I don't use all my hours in a month? Up to 25% of unused hours roll over to the following month. Larger rollover requires plan adjustment.

Can you also do print production and print management? Yes — we manage print runs with vetted local printers and quality-check proofs.
