Overview
Eleven Park
Eleven Park is a premium-class residential project developed by Winter City Group. Located at the intersection of Hasan Aliyev and Jalil Mammadguluzadeh streets in central Baku, the complex spans 4.5 hectares and includes 11 residential buildings forming a small urban community.
Of the total area, 2.8 hectares are dedicated to green spaces, including parks, children’s playgrounds, bicycle paths, and outdoor sports zones. Eleven Park combines contemporary architecture, sustainable solutions, and top-tier infrastructure in one living environment.
As ONE Studio, we conducted a full rebranding for Eleven Park, designing the corporate identity, logo, and brandbook. The new visual language reflects the complex’s premium positioning and strengthens its brand presence in the city landscape.
